Creators to access eCommerce!We have an exciting opportunity
available on our HR team for a Senior Director, Human Resources.
This role is based in the US and reports to the CEO, Connexity, and
also partners closely with the Sr. HR leaders of our parent
company, Taboola. This role will oversee all aspects of HR
operations, including US benefits, company compensation review,
employee relations, talent acquisition, and culture and people
operations across the US in addition to collaboration with our UK
and Germany HR Directors.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies
aligned with Connexity's business objectives, values, and culture.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture
of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- US Benefits Oversight: Oversee and manage the Sr. Benefits
Manager to design, implement, and administer the employee benefits
programs in the US, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with
regulations. Partner with benefits brokers and vendors to evaluate
and enhance benefit offerings based on employee needs and market
trends.
- Company Compensation Review: Lead annual compensation review
processes, including salary benchmarking, merit increases, and
bonus programs, to ensure alignment with business objectives and
market standards. Analyze compensation data and trends to make
informed recommendations to executive leadership.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership
and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters, including
performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict
resolution. Develop and implement policies and procedures to
promote a positive and inclusive work environment and mitigate
risks.
- Global HR Leadership: Provide strategic oversight and support
to HR Directors in Germany and the UK, ensuring alignment with
corporate HR initiatives and objectives. Collaborate with
international HR teams to drive consistency and best practices
across regions.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage and partner with the Talent
Acquisition Director to develop and execute talent acquisition
strategies that attract top talent and support business growth.
Oversee TA efforts and reporting as related to hiring
forecasts.
- Culture and People Ops Management: Provide guidance and support
to the Director of Culture and People Ops to drive initiatives
related to employee administration, onboarding, and satisfaction.
Lead efforts to enhance company culture, foster diversity and
inclusion, and promote employee well-being.Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or related field; Master's degree or HR certification
preferred.
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a minimum of 10
years of experience in a Senior HR leadership position.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and
regulatory requirements.
- Experience overseeing benefits, compensation, employee
relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations in a global
organization.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to
influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that
drive business results and support organizational growth.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a
focus on innovation and continuous improvement.Headquartered in

position is $190K- $205K. The pay offered may vary depending on
several factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and
experience. Compensation packages include a variety of perks such

position is a hybrid role, with -2 days based in the Santa Monica
office.
