Job Description:
A company is looking for a Seasonal Sales Recruiter to manage
high-volume sales recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruiting cycle for high-volume call center sales
roles
Develop sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent, focusing
on passive candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to optimize the selection process
and candidate profiles
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Recruiter, preferably in call center
or high-volume sales environments
Strong ability to identify and close top-performing sales
talent
Proactive "hunter" mindset for talent sourcing and engagement
Familiarity with ATS systems and a data-driven recruiting
approach
Established pipeline and relationships in the Tampa area
preferred
