Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Manager, Operations Quality
Assurance - Customer Experience Transaction Quality.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Transaction Quality program and ensure effective
control and consistent application
Drive accountability and productivity through feedback and
performance management
Collaborate with leadership and business areas to recommend process
improvements and optimize operational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
2+ years of leadership experience or advanced role experience in
quality assurance or similar fields
Experience in quality, risk, legal, or compliance roles, preferably
in the insurance industry
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software relevant to the
role
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent work
experience considered
Experience leading teams of 5 or more employees is a plus
