Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with technical issues, including software
installation and troubleshooting
Provide support for account management tasks such as password
resets and navigation assistance
Handle a high volume of incoming calls while utilizing multiple
systems to resolve customer inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
At least one year of technical problem-solving experience
High school diploma, GED, or college degree
Ability to complete virtual training with 100% attendance
Must type at least 35 words per minute
Flexible schedule availability for peak and non-peak periods
