• Decorate Cakes and Pastries: Use your artistic skills to create intricate designs and patterns on cakes and pastries, ensuring that every item is visually appealing and meets our high standards.
• Follow Recipes and Procedures: Accurately follow recipes and production procedures to ensure that all baked goods meet our quality standards.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Work Effectively in a Team Environment: Collaborate with other team members to meet production demands and achieve business objectives.Requirements
  • Experience: 6-12 months of retail or restaurant experience, with a focus on baking and decorating.
  • Skills: Efficient cake and pastry decorating skills, including intermediate piping techniques and the ability to create decorative flowers and borders. Ability to follow recipes, directions, and procedures, and to work effectively in a team environment.
