Summary:OyBar in Studio City is seeking a skilled Garde Manger/Cold
Line Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff,
you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of
dishes, including salads, small plates, and other cold-line menu
items. If you have a passion for food and a strong work ethic, we

opportunity.Responsibilities:
- Execute menu items as directed by Chefs
- Daily food prep and recipe maintenance
- Quality Control
- Show up on time to scheduled shifts
- Prepping, Setting up and Breaking down
- Cleaning station and kitchen during and after service
- Assisting others in all positions as needed
- Following food safety protocolsQualifications:
- Professional culinary experience preferred, ideally with time
in a fast-paced/high volume kitchen
- Good team player
- Organized
- Reliable
- Plating and Presentation
- Communication
- Patience
- Food Prep
- Serv Safe or other California Food Handler's Card current
- Standing for Long Periods of Time
- Knowledge of Allergens and Food Safety
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to Repeat Tasks
- Ability to multitask, and prioritize in fast-paced
kitchen/service environment
- Time management skills
- Knowledge of California Health and Safety Standards
- Intermediate to Advanced Knife Skills
- Kitchen Equipment Maintenance
- Organizational SkillsCompensation: $20.00/hr + tips (depending
on experience and responsibilities taken can go up from there).
