Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Pediatric Mental Health
Intake Therapist (Virtual) - 1099 Independent Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial intakes and assessments for K-12 students and their
guardians
Collaborate with other therapists to ensure successful transitions
into services
Provide culturally relevant counseling and maintain relationships
with school personnel and families
Required Qualifications
Licensed as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed
Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health
Counselor (LMHC) without restrictions
Licensed in Iowa for a minimum of 3 years
Possess an additional license in specified states or be eligible to
apply for one
Ability to be enrolled by Hazel with insurance companies
Experience and education in clinical practice related to children's
mental health
