Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Assistant Supervisor to
oversee and support the medical assistant team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of escalation for the medical assistant
team and provide support for questions
Supervise and evaluate the performance of clinic staff, engaging in
regular coaching and feedback sessions
Ensure compliance with best practices, policies, and regulatory
requirements while overseeing patient interactions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a medical/healthcare setting as
a CMA/RMA Supervisor
Current CMA/RMA certification is required
Prior Authorization experience is essential
Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including nights and
weekends
Proficiency in EMR, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
