Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Manager, Population Health &
Interoperability.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for population
health and interoperability solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement
features that enhance care coordination and data exchange
Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch, including
requirement gathering and stakeholder management
Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology,
focusing on population health and interoperability solutions
Strong understanding of healthcare IT ecosystems, EMR/EHR systems,
and data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
Experience with agile development methodologies
Familiarity with value-based care models and population health
management strategies
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and knowledge of cloud
platforms such as OCI, AWS, or Azure
