Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Data to lead a
high-performing team of data engineers and data scientists in
building scalable, high-impact data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement data strategies aligned with business goals
and customer needs
Design and deploy real-time monitoring systems and dashboards to
track product health and generate actionable insights
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure
feature impact and business success
Required Qualifications
Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer
Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
with varying years of data-science experience
5+ years of people management experience in data engineering and
data science
Experience in designing and managing large-scale data pipelines and
analytics solutions
Hands-on proficiency with technologies such as Azure, SQL, PySpark,
Python, C#, Hadoop, and Apache Spark
Ability to meet security screening requirements for the role
