Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Community and Engagement to
enhance relationships with HR professionals and expand community
programming.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead the Community and Engagement function to
maximize synergies between customer marketing and events
Design and implement strategies to attract and retain new audiences
while positioning the brand as a leader in HR practices
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and
measure the effectiveness of initiatives through key performance
indicators
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in developing and executing engaging programs
that drive pipeline generation and revenue
Experience in high-growth environments with a focus on customer
acquisition and revenue performance
Ability to transform customer communities into public
communities
Experience in strategic planning and budget management across
global teams
Demonstrated success in building and mentoring diverse teams
