Job Description:

A company is looking for a Fundraising and Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development of fundraising strategies and plans
Lead the preparation of grant proposals, donor reports, and associated materials
Identify funding opportunities and cultivate donor relations throughout the donor cycle

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of fundraising or similar experience
Direct experience preparing grant proposals and reports
Knowledgeable in monitoring & evaluation (M&E) techniques
Track record of securing new donors and significant funding
Experience with fundraising event planning
