Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Product Officer to drive
product innovation and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product development from planning to execution while mentoring
team members
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and inform
product evolution
Communicate complex product information clearly to internal teams
and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in a senior product leadership role,
preferably in fintech or tech
Proven track record of developing and launching successful
products
Experience in an agile environment and familiarity with product
design
Strong understanding of fintech products and market trends
Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Computer Science,
Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
