GR0 is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, TikTok Shop & Affiliate, to lead and scale TikTok Shop accounts and affiliate marketing efforts for our clients. This individual will be instrumental in developing strategies that drive significant revenue growth while managing and optimizing TikTok Shop platforms and affiliate partnerships for high-profile brands.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, creative problem-solver, and experienced leader who excels in cross-functional team environments. If you understand TikTok and affiliate platforms and have a passion for innovation and trend-setting, we want to talk to you!WHAT YOU'LL DOYou will lead the development and execution of comprehensive strategies to manage TikTok Shop accounts and affiliate marketing programs from inception to scaling. Your goal will be to drive growth and performance, transforming TikTok and affiliate marketing into top-performing channels for clients. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure their success by managing relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service. You will monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports on client growth, engagement, and sales performance, identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiencies.You will manage and lead a team that includes TikTok Shop/Affiliate campaign managers, growth assistants, and contractors, providing direction and fostering collaboration to achieve exceptional results. Overseeing all aspects of client accounts, including onboarding, strategy implementation, daily communication, and comprehensive reporting on TikTok Shop and affiliate program success will be a key responsibility.Additionally, you will stay current with the latest TikTok shopping trends and affiliate marketing developments, innovating and identifying new opportunities for optimization and engagement. Collaboration with account managers and key stakeholders will be essential to exceeding client expectations and delivering outstanding results.KPIs for Success

  • 10% monthly GMV growth for each shop (unique client)
  • Elevate client brands into the top 20 of their category on TikTok Shop within 6 months.
  • Achieve 95%+ client satisfaction through excellent service, communication, and successful account management.
  • Deliver on-time, comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights on client growth and market trends.
  • Ensure team KPIs are met by driving cross-functional collaboration and leadership within the affiliate, media buying, and creative teams.What You'll Bring
    • 2+ years of experience managing and scaling TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms, and affiliate marketing programs, driving significant revenue growth.
    • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies across social commerce and affiliate platforms.
    • Excellent client-facing skills, with a history of managing relationships and delivering exceptional service.
    • Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking, translating insights into actionable strategies.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to create compelling marketing copy and present ideas clearly to clients and teams.
    • A creative thinker who stays ahead of trends, identifies new opportunities, and innovates within TikTok and affiliate platforms.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.$80,000 - $95,000 a year
