Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Services Sr. Manager to
oversee the People Operations sub-department of the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of 1-2 People Services Analysts and manage
day-to-day operations
Run HRIS implementation processes, including training and
compliance oversight
Manage benefits administration, retirement strategy, and payroll
oversight
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in People Operations, Payroll, or
Benefits
2+ years of direct management experience
Proven experience with HRIS implementation and benefits
administration
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CBP) preferred
Demonstrated expertise in payroll, employee taxes, and benefits
law
