Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee
customer projects and ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer relationships and ensure optimal service delivery
Coordinate and track all aspects of customer projects, including
reporting to stakeholders
Identify and resolve customer issues, collaborating with internal
teams as necessary
Required Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience
Familiarity with healthcare data systems and processes
BS degree in business, technology, or a related field
Knowledge of healthcare industry payment models and risk
adjustment
Advanced Excel skills, including vlookup and pivot tables
