staffing needs.Sales Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of

maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring
their continued satisfaction and loyalty.Identify and anticipate
clients' staffing needs, offering tailored solutions and
services.Act as the primary point of contact for clients,
addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.Sales Strategy:Develop
and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet and
exceed revenue and growth targets.Stay informed about industry
trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make
data-driven decisions.Provide regular reports and updates to the
executive team on sales performance and market
insights.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing,
or a related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in
staffing services sales, with a strong track record of acquiring
Managed Service Agreements (MSAs).Proven success in achieving and
surpassing sales targets.Demonstrated leadership and mentorship
capabilities, specifically in transitioning recruiters into
successful sales roles.Outstanding communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft
