Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Site Manager to lead
operations and initiatives at multiple service locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage site operations for locomotive service contracts and address
complex technical issues
Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet customer
goals and enhance relationships
Drive Six Sigma quality strategies and mentor technical teams
across various sites
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering Project
Management or a leadership role
Willingness and ability to work in a shop environment
Experience with Six Sigma methodology and processes
Ability to lift approximately 30 lbs
