  --- ED experience is must (ED Nurse experience would be best).
  --- Case management Outpatient Experience.
  --- Behavioural Health Background.
  --- More recent management experience in the Health Care Realm.
  --- Someone who has an experience with Alternative Placements vs. Admissions.
