Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success to join
their team.
Key Responsibilities
Promote customer adoption and upselling of the product
Ensure customers derive value from the product and facilitate
expansion of usage
Develop playbooks, documentation, and training materials for the
customer success team
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in departmental leadership
Experience in establishing and guiding teams from inception
Proficiency in providing support for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
in B2B and B2C environments
Ability to develop and maintain documentation and training
materials
