Job Description:
Position Overview: You will report directly to the Director of
Customer Success & Operations. You will assist the Customer Success
Team managing small accounts. The ideal candidate will reside in
the Eastern Time Zone. This is an entry-level position. Key
Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned
clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely
and professional manner. Develop a deep understanding of clients'
business objectives, operational challenges, and requirements
related to wait management systems. Collaborate with internal teams
to meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Proactively
identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional
products and services to clients during and outside the renewal
cycle. Accurately process renewal paperwork. Track and analyze
client metrics and feedback to identify trends, areas for
improvement, and opportunities for enhancing the overall client
experience. Proactively communicate with clients to ensure they are
informed and engaged. This requires at least 4 client touch points
per year by phone, email, and/or virtual meetings. Demo the QLESS
suite of services to clients, enabling them to maximize its
benefits. Act as a customer advocate within the company, ensuring
that customer feedback and insights are shared across relevant
teams to drive continuous improvement. Ideally the candidate will
reside in the Eastern Time Zone with a preference in Florida. This
is an entry-level position with an estimated starting salary of
$50,000 annually. Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: Less
