Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial and Accounting Systems
Director to oversee its finance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of financial
systems and tools
Coordinate with Technology and third-party vendors on systems
implementations
Develop training programs for system tools and ensure successful
adoption by employees
Qualifications:
10+ years in Finance with experience in financial and accounting
ERP systems
Experience with NetSuite ERP and financial reporting dashboards
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information
Systems (MIS)
MBA preferred
Prior experience in a techno-functional role between Finance,
Accounting, and IT
