Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Professional Sales
Training & Enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement sales enablement strategies aligned with
company goals
Develop and maintain training modules for the sales team and
customers
Monitor sales data to identify gaps and adjust training programs
accordingly
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training,
preferably in the aesthetic or medical device industry
Experience developing training curriculum and hosting peer-to-peer
training webinars
Familiarity with Salesforce and sales analytics tools
Strong understanding of the sales process and methodologies
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and sales
enablement platforms
