• The Director of Product Development will lead product strategy design and vision, continuously innovating by analyzing data and developing meaningful metrics.
• This role involves communicating the "why" and "who" behind new SKUs to the team.
• The Director will be responsible for product enhancements and redesigns, ensuring the execution of the product roadmap.
• The position requires tracking sustainability efforts and demonstrating leadership in building and managing the product development team.
• The candidate will be the main point of contact for the entire company regarding product launches and must meet or exceed established product development milestones.
• Budget management and cost control within the product development department are key responsibilities.
• Strong project management skills are necessary to ensure timely delivery of product launches and to meet established milestones.Minimum Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, product design, or a related field is required for this role.
• The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing product development teams.
• Experience in leading and developing talent at various levels is essential for this position.
• A strong understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape is necessary.
