Job Description:

Our client is a leading global investment manager. They seek a Senior Manager, Real Estate Income Fund Accounting and Operations to join their Los Angeles, CA office.
Responsibilities

• 
  
• Ensure funds are being accounted for under the governing fund documents, advisory agreements, and other legal documents
  
• Review and reconcile the operational setup of complex transactions while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  
• Manage available liquidity by determining and preparing capital vs. income distributions and drawdowns from various vehicles
  
• Coordinate the fund's independent auditors, custodians, prime brokers, internal/external stakeholders, and fund administrators
  
• Analyze and produce financial reports that require the calculation of complex allocations, waterfalls, fees, and performance metrics
  
• Participate in various firm-wide initiatives to drive efficiency improvements by engaging with various cross-functional teams
  
  Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • 5+ years of accounting and operations experience
    
  • Real Estate funds/investments background
    
  • Familiar with investment management operations
    
  • CPA strongly preferred
    
  • Skilled in SQL and Power BI
