Buck Mason is seeking a Sr. Integrated Marketing Director - a strategic and creative marketing leader with taste for days.You're a true marketer, obsessed with telling our brand and product stories across all channels and every medium. You have the chops to create a global calendar and manage an entire team to cohesively execute one vision. The right candidate has a merchandising mind and is obsessed with menswear and understands retail and an omni-channel strategy.Success will be measured by the ability to hit our growth and revenue targets while telling cohesive product stories and deepening brand affinity.You've got 6+ years of great experience with an apparel brand under your belt, you've told stories, now you want to tell Buck's. • Build and execute a full year marketing plan across all channels.
• Manage GTM calendar and hold stakeholder accountability.
• Drive strategy, budget and execution of brand marketing initiatives through any medium required, ensuring a singular brand message across all consumer touch points including web, paid media, product, packaging, retail, events, social, catalog, collaborations, etc.
• Work cross-functionally to develop merchandising strategy and product story narratives.
• Partner with the other leaders across the company to develop our forward-looking company strategy and building a culture of cohesion and accountability.
• Work closely with Design/Product team to influence merchandising roadmap with growth opportunities.
• Develop close working relationships with Founders to ensure alignment on a shared vision and roadmap for bringing it to life.Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of marketing leadership experience.
  • Experience managing a team of 5+ people.
  • Experience growing a brand/company from a strong market presence and significant revenue.
  • A strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks.
  • A natural ability to collaborate well with others across the organization and thrive in a fast-paced and highly-fluid environment.
  • A creative eye and genuine curiosity for innovative opportunities to connect with our community.
