Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Development US.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a US team of 18 individual contributors and two managers
Develop collaborative relationships with sales and marketing
leadership in the US region
Coach, train, and develop a team of SDRs and leaders to achieve
targets and foster growth
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of SDR leadership experience at a Senior Manager
level
Previous successful experience in an SDR or sales role requiring
deep qualification
Knowledge of sales methodologies and coaching for rep
development
Understanding of sales development metrics and data utilization for
decision making
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
