Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Customer Strategy &
Operations to enhance customer experience and optimize operational
processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the redesign and oversight of the customer lifecycle strategy
to ensure value realization at every stage
Define and execute a customer engagement strategy while overseeing
operational infrastructure for efficiency
Design and implement strategic customer programs to drive
engagement, advocacy, and retention
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in customer engagement, success, or
operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven success in managing customer lifecycle and operations within
a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
Strong expertise in customer insights, data analytics, and
operational optimization
Experience with Customer Success tools and data/analytics
platforms
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic
customer engagement initiatives
