A company is looking for a Sr Manager Software Engineering to lead multiple scrum teams in developing innovative applications and services.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee and provide technical direction to multiple development teams, ensuring collaboration and adherence to architectural standards
Lead the design and development of complex systems utilizing microservices architecture and guide teams in best practices
Implement Agile methodologies and establish SDLC processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years managing multiple engineering teams
Strong expertise in Microsoft .NET, Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python
Deep understanding of Azure services and experience managing applications in a cloud environment
In-depth knowledge of microservices principles and experience with API development and integration
