Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to evaluate
and document operational requirements related to system
configuration and support system migrations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze current processes and systems to determine unique
requirements
Document data and system requirements based on business needs
Coordinate with project teams and leadership to ensure effective
communication during system migrations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
Typically requires 2+ years of title insurance and escrow related
work experience
Typically requires 2+ years of experience with process and/or
documenting system and/or process requirements
