Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to support
their Defense Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and evaluate major domestic and international proposals and
contracts
Lead the review and negotiation of various legal agreements,
including Teaming and Non-Disclosure Agreements
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring
compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
BA degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a Master's
degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
In-depth knowledge of various contract types (e.g., T&M, FFP,
Cost Plus)
Experience with international customers, including Foreign Military
Sales and Direct Commercial Sales
Strong background in Federal Acquisition Regulations
Must be a US Citizen and possess or be eligible to obtain a Secret
Clearance
