Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Performance Improvement
Manager to lead process improvement activities within the Revenue
Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
Document, maintain, and analyze process flows across all Revenue
Cycle functions
Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and
enhance the patient experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process
improvement solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3 years of healthcare experience
1 year of experience in the application of Performance Improvement
methods (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA)
Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
5 years of leading Process Improvement Initiatives within an
Epic-based Health Care system preferred
