Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Account Manager to lead
and manage post-launch initiatives for clients in the healthcare
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the technical aspects of client relationships and ensure
integration health
Liaise with client stakeholders to drive product adoption and
address technical issues
Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams, providing
technical governance and account plans
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with 3+ years in a
client-facing technical role
Strong technical acumen with proficiency in SQL and experience with
technical systems
Experience in enterprise healthcare systems or backend payment
processing technologies
Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical and
business requirements effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial
environment
