A company is looking for a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager
responsible for managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with clients having less than 250
employees
Handle escalations and navigate the organization on behalf of
clients
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and regular check-in calls with
clients
Required Qualifications
3 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience
Payroll experience is preferred
Ability to navigate difficult situations and negotiate
effectively
Proficiency in de-escalation techniques
