A company is looking for a Pathways Program Manager to oversee operations and policy development for student employee programs.



Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative activities and monitor academic progress of student employees
Support nationwide recruitment efforts to enhance student participation from diverse universities
Collect and analyze program and student demographic data for reporting and evaluation purposes


Required Qualifications

One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in federal service
Knowledge of program management principles and recruitment practices
Understanding of federal hiring regulations and procedures
Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
Ability to analyze and report on recruitment and student data
