We're currently seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician or Master Technician to join our growing team! Position Overview: As an Automotive Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of vehicles. You'll work on everything from routine maintenance to complex repairs, ensuring that all work meets our high-quality standards. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dedicated to customer service, and eager to be part of a well-established and respected team. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine vehicle maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, etc.). Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles, identifying issues and providing solutions. Test and inspect vehicles for necessary adjustments and repairs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Stay current on automotive technology and industry trends. Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction. Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and costs. Qualifications: Experience: 2-3+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic, with experience in vehicle emissions testing a plus. Certifications: California Smog License. ASE certification is highly preferred. Preferrred but not required: Master Technician with California Smog License Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and experience using diagnostic equipment. Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean record. Detail-Oriented: Ability to work under deadlines and attention to detail in all tasks. Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
