A company is looking for a Growth Engineering Manager - Consumer
Products.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage full-stack engineering teams to develop features
and infrastructure across web and mobile
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a tangible
roadmap and lead the iterative design and implementation
process
Contribute to engineering quality processes and support the
recruitment of exceptional engineers
Required Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience in software engineering
A minimum of 2 years of engineering management experience
Strong understanding of high-quality code and effective software
engineering processes
Experience in building subscription platforms and financial
systems
Familiarity with crypto and blockchain technology is a plus
