Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Benefits
Engineering to lead software development in the Benefits Technology
domain.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive software engineering strategy
aligned with business objectives
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers to
foster innovation and collaboration
Drive the development of Benefits platform services, ensuring
high-quality software delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering, computer
science, or equivalent
15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 10
years in a leadership role
Strong experience in building interoperable business components in
a SaaS offering
Proven experience with modern cloud-native technologies and
software development methodologies
In-depth knowledge of SaaS platforms, security standards, and
regulatory compliance
