Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solution Engineer specializing in
BOTs and Hardware Triage.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support to NVIDIA Enterprise customers and resolve
issues related to DGX and HGX platforms
Develop BOTs and tools to enhance solution engineering efforts for
Enterprise Service offerings
Collaborate with engineering teams to document and tackle critical
customer issues
Required Qualifications
BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer
Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience in Python programming for script and tool
development
Experience with Chatbots and development using a RAG pipeline
Experience in cloud and/or virtualized environments
Experience with C/C++ and containerized solutions (Docker and/or
Kubernetes) is a plus
