Job Description:
A company is looking for an OSP Engineer responsible for
supporting the construction and maintenance of a fiber network.
Key Responsibilities
Manage conduit, cable, and fiber, ensuring proper design and
cost-effectiveness
Coordinate with engineering firms and contractors to meet project
timelines and quality standards
Support cable installation and splicing, providing necessary
diagrams and updates
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or 3 to 5 years
of experience preferred
Understanding of fiber network construction processes and
designs
Familiarity with fiber and utility maps, including
telecommunications color-coding
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory systems
Must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug
test
