Key Responsibilities:

Optimize partnerships with technical product managers to enhance
productivity
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of engineering leadership experience with an individual
contributor background
Experience building and scaling engineering teams in high-growth
startups
Hands-on experience with technologies such as Svelte, Go, Node.js,
and cloud platforms
Knowledge of infrastructure modernization, Finops, and compliance
regulations
A progressive mindset toward leveraging AI for engineering
productivity
