Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Solutions Engineer to bridge
the gap between product engineering, client engagement, and
clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement product solutions tailored to
client business requirements
Provide technical support during and after implementation,
troubleshooting issues and guiding clients
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, sharing
feedback and suggesting product improvements
Required Qualifications:
Experience as a software engineer in a fast-growing, start-up
environment, preferably in SaaS or B2B
Proficiency in Typescript, React, and Node, with familiarity in
APIs
Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Demonstrated commitment to delivering a positive customer
experience
Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and provide effective
solutions
