Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to act as a
trusted advisor for customers in achieving outcomes and value with
their solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome new customers and ensure a seamless transition from sales
to post-sales
Develop a deep understanding of the platform features and assist
customers in leveraging its functionality
Manage customer integration strategies and create training
documentation to support onboarding
Required Qualifications
3 - 5 years of experience in customer advocacy and engagement in
post-sales, support, or consulting
Experience in a technical position related to customer success
Strong customer-first mindset with empathy for customer
outcomes
Experience with data engineering platforms or major cloud providers
is a plus
Located in the West Region (US)
