Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Teacher for the Deaf and Hard
of Hearing in Illinois.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide virtual, individualized instruction to Deaf and Hard of
Hearing students
Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students'
communication and academic needs
Collaborate with students, parents, and school staff to ensure
educational goals are met
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or related field
(Master's preferred)
Certification in Deaf Education or related area
Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and/or other
communication methods
Previous experience teaching Deaf and Hard of Hearing students in a
virtual setting
Strong organizational and technological skills
