Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize a substantial marketing budget to achieve
customer acquisition goals

Lead and mentor a team of marketing managers, driving alignment
with overall business objectives
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing,
focusing on customer acquisition
Proven expertise in managing large-scale Search Engine Marketing
(SEM) campaigns
Strong background in Paid Social and mobile marketing
Experience managing an eight-figure marketing budget with a focus
on efficiency and ROI
Leadership experience in mentoring high-performing marketing teams
in fast-paced environments
