A company is looking for a Director of Direct Mail Marketing to lead customer acquisition efforts across multiple products.
Key Responsibilities

Build and execute a comprehensive direct mail marketing strategy to support customer acquisition and retention goals
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, creative development, production, and mailing logistics
Analyze campaign performance metrics and market trends to optimize targeting, messaging, and offer strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in direct mail or direct response marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services
Proven track record of leading successful customer acquisition campaigns through offline channels
Strong analytical skills and experience with customer segmentation and performance measurement
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
