Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the
Head of Product Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level executive support, managing complex calendars
and scheduling meetings
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective
communication and task completion
Assist with travel arrangements, prepare materials for meetings,
and support special projects
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior
executives
Experience working cross-functionally with various departments
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Proactive approach to anticipating the needs of the executive
supported
Experience in a remote work environment, specifically in the PST
timezone
