What You'll Do:ATTN: is seeking a Copywriter to pitch, develop and
execute full service creative campaigns. You're a strategic
creative who is comfortable working across all mediums, especially
social, and a hands-on writer who is passionate about telling
authentic, purpose driven stories, from big idea through execution.
You live and breathe internet culture. A genuinely curious person,
you're not afraid to ask "what if"? You have impeccable attention
to detail. Most importantly, you're hungry to create
award-contending work.
- Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing copy that
connects with audiences and drives action
- Write and conceptualize big ideas for all mediums, including
social, content, experiential, OOH, print, and beyond create
breakthrough work, helping lead everything from new business
pitches to arresting social copy, video scripts, taglines and
more
- Comfortably vary voice, style, and other characteristics
demanded by the brand, platform, or target audience at hand
- Translate cultural insights and strategy into one-of-a-kind
creative concepts
- Stay ahead of the curve and on-trend, tapping into best
practices for social content across platforms, continuing to
innovate at evolve as user behaviors and trends change
- Work collaboratively with not only an Art Director, but other
creative team members and department leads across client service,
strategy, production, and beyond, wearing multiple hats as part of
our lean, growing team
- Present work to internal and external stakeholders with
confidence and enthusiasmWho You Are:
- 3-5+ years experience in agency/in-house concepting and writing
copy for global brands
- Demonstrated experience working on everything from mobile-first
social campaigns to TVCs
- A strong writer and communicator, with the ability to tell a
compelling and concise story
- Experience translating data, strategy and insights into
creative approaches
- Strong project management, attention to detail and
organizational skills required
- Proven self-starter, detail oriented, well organized and able
to multitask effectively
- Presentation formatting experience or proficiency in Google
Slides is preferredCompensation:This position has an estimated
annual salary range of $80,000-$100,000. Actual compensation
packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each
candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set,
years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent
factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about
