currently seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant V
located in Los Angeles, CA. Required Education: Post-Secondary
Education, preferably in communication Required Qualifications: In
order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills
and abilities. 5 years of experience as an administrative
assistant. Preferably with airport, safety, and inspection
experience Effectively use Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Pro software Large-scale construction management type software such
as Prolog, VEO, Procore and other computer software and
applications as needed Responsibilities: Prepare correspondence in
a variety of formats. Maintain calendars for safety team, safety
training calendars, etc. Set up and coordinate meetings. Pay
attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and
correctly; strong written and verbal communication skills to
produce reports; strong interpersonal skills to interact positively
with all employees and contractors; ability to accept instructions;
and ability to suggest new processes and policies, if required.
Flexibility to adjust to new tasks, if group or office needs
change, may be called upon to take meeting minutes in meetings, and
assist staff with various tasks as needed. Have a working knowledge
with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Pro-core, Prolog, VEO and
other programs that are necessary to complete daily assignments.
Create and maintain the Safety Group SharePoint sites. Perform
extremely detailed processing and maintenance of monthly safety
metrics, incident logs, safety violation on logs, and other logs
and databases as needed. Create detailed program-wide monthly
PowerPoint presentations/reports as well as individual project
reports and other reports as required. Monitor and maintain the
TDG-Safety email account and to answer the TDG safety phone. Review
employees timesheet for accuracy and ensure time charges are
correct prior to Supervisor's signature. Experience with office
machines (e.g. copiers, fax machines, printers). Order and pick-up
office supplies. May assume other duties as required/needed May be
required to work past regular work shift. May be required to start
a regular shift at any time of day or night Will be required to
pass the federal background check and obtain a LAWA Badge Salary:
$99,296.00 annually Bonus Pay: A bonus may be granted to employees
depending on individual performance, employee utilization,
attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial
corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at managements
