Job Description:

Immediate need for an Executive Secretary to work in the President's office. Degree strong emphasized.

Will schedules and attend staff and committee meetings, create agendas, take minutes and distributes minutes/agendas.

Maintain Outlook calendars and meeting arrangements and schedules.

Acts as the department liaison, coordinating administrative support and/or communications between departments/leadership.

Support and coordinate conferences; plans and coordinates registration, travel arrangements and accommodations for staff, attending national conferences as assigned.

Initiates, prepares and edits written materials, correspondences (letters, memos, etc.) and reports, and spreadsheets.
